International Court Seeks Warrant for Qaddafi

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague on Monday sought arrest warrants for Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi of Libya, his son and his brother-in-law on charges of orchestrating systematic attacks against civilians that amount to crimes against humanity.
